Mind-blowing wifi - never experienced such lightning-fast internet in my life! The cleanliness was superb, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was huge and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The cooking class was a highlight, and they efficiently fixed a water heater issue and bathroom flooding. Location was convenient to bus station and main street. Kudos to the owner/staff for their fantastic hospitality, always ensuring there was plenty of tea, coffee, and bread. They even called to inform me about my forgotten belongings. A truly amazing experience, felt like part of a family!

I had an amazing stay at Orchid Haven! My partner and I stayed for three nights during our travels in Malaysia. The location was perfect, right in the heart of central Tanah Rata with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast included was a great bonus. The hostel also had 24-hour coffee and tea available for guests, which was a nice touch. We even had the pleasure of being invited to dinner by the host. great value for money and highly recommended!

This hostel is absolutely amazing! It's super cute and the atmosphere is very social. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and offer free authentic Malaysian dinners and tea, which is mind-blowing! The dorms are spacious, the beds are comfy, and the bathrooms are nice. The location is fantastic, with bus stops just minutes away and plenty of affordable restaurants nearby. They even coordinate tours through trusted Eco Cameron. The breakfast is self-service and there's a cozy common area with a comfortable sofa. this place is a backpacker's haven!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to all the attractions. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the cooking classes and the delicious breakfast provided. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed at a charming hostel in Cameron Highlands and had a great time exploring the area. The location was convenient, with plenty of shops nearby, and we were able to rent a motorcycle to easily get around. The staff, although not proficient in English, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. The free breakfast was a nice addition, and we enjoyed starting our day with a meal. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a noisy room and a faulty water heater, the overall value for money was good. The hostel had a nice atmosphere and the tours they offered were of high quality. We especially appreciated the free tea available for guests. we would recommend this hostel for anyone visiting Cameron Highlands.

The proximity of the bed to the bathroom was uncomfortable, especially due to the smell upon arrival. there were some issues with noise, particularly the smell of cigarettes coming into the room and a loud, late-night phone conversation by a long-term guest.
